We're thrilled to share that SkillSync Technologies Inc. has been awarded a $50,000 investment through Alberta Innovates' Digital Traction Program to accelerate the commercialization of the CoBS-JDA platform.

With the support of Alberta Innovates, and funding from the Ministry of Technology and Innovation and the Government of Alberta, we will be completing Version 2.0 of the CoBS-JDA, a digital, AI-assisted platform that helps occupational therapists and rehabilitation professionals conduct comprehensive Job Demands Analyses that capture the cognitive, behavioural, and sensory demands of work.

This investment will support three key project milestones through August 2026, including finalizing our technical architecture, building out core AI-assisted workflows with integration into occupational databases, and completing user acceptance testing with clinicians ahead of commercial launch.

We're grateful for this investment in our work and in the future of evidence-based workforce assessment tools for Alberta and beyond.

Funded to Launch. The CoBS-JDA will launch this year with support from Alberta Innovates' Digital Traction program.
The Alberta Digital Traction program supports digital tech companies with software development at the core, who are looking to increase their customers, increase revenue, and scale to a global marketplace.
